Welcome to the Hertfordshire Parkour Forum. We are the main community for Herts traceurs, and welcome users from all over the world. The forum is led by the SA:PK - St Albans Parkour group, and we aim to develop a friendly online community for all parkour practitioners.

If you're looking to find out about the parkour scene in Hertfordshire, trying to find people in your local area to train with, or just generally want to talk about parkour, you're in the right place.

If you're new to the forum feel free to introduce yourself in this thread.

I'm Dom from the parkour group, 'Silentmotion' in Reading. I would post more, but i'm very lazy so go to www.silentmotion.co.uk instead :P

Jammed in SA yesterday and really enjoyed it, will probably go there again somtime in the not too distant future :D

Just a quick tip for your site, on the 'spots' page, all the high res images make for very slow loading. A better way would be to have both high res and low res images. Have the low res images on the first page and then link them to the high res ones.

I know it takes more work but its worth doing.

Im Jake aka Yakob
Live in London and have been doing parkour since september 2003 but only started taking it seriously march 2004. Been around a while and know alot of ppl...travelled round alot of UK to train with alot of talented traceurs. I love the community!

Part of a parkour collective known as A.T.O, were pretty underground so don't expect to hear from us. our site is being developed at current and will be up in a few weeks. Our mission is to spread the word of parkour with any means possible..usually paid jobs etc.. :)

I quite like St Albans so will be training there every ocne in a while!
Take Care

If you can get down to St Albans easily you could come along to train just with us aswell - we usually go out a few times a week after school.

Let us know when you're free and we can organise something :)

"Sensations, adrenaline and giddiness. Power, fluidity and control. Parkour responds to a deep-seated need of humans: to move. It's an art that demands the true spirit of a warrior, and offers pure action to its practitioners."

Originally the SA:PK St Albans Parkour forum, HertsParkour is now the official online parkour community for Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.
