Hello everyone,

Many of you may know about Planche and how useful a movement it is for training pretty much every muscle in your body. So for anybody who wants to push for this movement, and really excell, here is a very useful guide;

Planche Guide

As if you needed to feel any more inadequate the guide includes photos of 10-year-olds performing the position :haha

Enjoy, and let me know how you get on.

I am following the guide and can do the basic 'tuck planche' however can only hold for about 5 seconds, this is not due to my strenght but my wrists start to really hurt untill i have to give in any help?
Do your best and nothing less.
Train hard and don't forget what your doing.
keep your mind focused and your disctraction thoughts tame.
don't over do anything but never do less than you can.
enjoy yourself but gain enjoyment from progression

Try using handles to train on - much much easier on the wrists. I made mine out of bathroom handles from Homebase but they look something like THIS and you can also buy them from Argos.

Also HERE is the Beast Skills tutorial page for general conditioning.

Finally started work on tuck planches, I can only hold them for a few seconds, and not very well. Going to keep at it though.
