Hi. Today i managed to do my first kong vault and i can do them pretty well now, I have done it on a bench and can only do it sideways not longways so could you please tell me how to improve to be able to kong the bench longways. Thanks Crazyhero100. |

try and get you kongs slightly split foot so that you will get the balance between distance and height.when you run up to do the kong you should run as if your going to punt to do a two foot take off, rather then putting both feet down in line on the take off you should put one just in front of the other. this way your not stopping your momentum but your also getting more height then you would going completely split foot. |

You can use them anywhere really on any height your comfy on, They can be done on walls bins allsorts You see somthing about waist hight or a bit higher then its perfect imo
|

i learnt by just finding a normal wall and putting my bag down as a marker and then jumping befor the bag into the kong this way you can keep moving your bag further back. it worked for me

get them nice and comfortably on a normal wall roughly waist height, once you dont need to think bout the hole tecnuiqe take it to stuff such as railings nd wider things the tecnuiqe for passing through will always be the sme its just a matter of adding little things to get u there nd a tad mre concerntration. |

well you can kong almost anything just jumping a but befor the rail can count as a kong eg like over plants or sumthing |

hey i hav my own lil problem with kongs/diving catpass. i wonna be able to dive over a wall and then catpass the other wall but i keep thinkin im gonna get my feet or knees caught on the first wall and then not go into it even tho my m8s say my feet are high enough and i dive far enough away. is there anything i can do to stop this phobia cheers guys

Practice kongs/cat-passes over a regular obstacle, but use the technique you would for the dive as much as possible, pretending you are doing a real one. Simply put, get comfortable with the technique from 'indirect' practice, so that when you go for the real one, you'll be more comfortable with it. |

Also, you could practise them at the gym, over things that won't hurt if you did clip your knees/feet, that way you should go for it and, if it's true what you say, you'll easily make it and be able to conquer your fear. |

it turns out the tim n reece catpass was all mental phobia and that it is incredibly easy for me now so im happy with diving catpass technique thank you guys on here but even bigger thanks to james for staying with me and his countless help
